4. Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In
Rilo provides convenient login options through Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In. The use of these options is voluntary. If you choose not to use them, you may use other login methods if available.
4.1 Sign in with Apple
When you use Sign in with Apple, Apple may share with us:
- A unique, Apple-generated user identifier associated with your Apple ID and this App.
- Your display name (if you allow it).
- Your email address, or a relay email address provided by Apple if you choose to hide your email.
We use this information to create and authenticate your Rilo account, synchronize your profile, and keep you logged in. We do not access your Apple account password.
4.2 Google Sign-In
When you use Google Sign-In, Google may share with us:
- A unique Google account identifier related to your Google account.
- Your name or nickname (if available).
- Your email address.
We use this information only to create and authenticate your Rilo account and manage your login status. We do not access your Google account password.
4.3 How We Handle Third-Party Login Data
- We only store the minimum necessary information (identifier, email, and display name) needed to identify and communicate with you.
- We do not sell your Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In data to third parties.
- You can revoke access from your Apple ID or Google account settings at any time. However, revoking access may affect your ability to continue using the same Rilo account.
5. In-App Purchases (Apple In-App Purchase)
Rilo may offer in-app purchases processed securely via Apple In-App Purchase (IAP) on the App Store.
5.1 Purchase Processing
- All payments are processed by Apple using your Apple ID account.
- We do not have access to or store your full payment card information.
- Apple is responsible for managing billing, payment authorization, and purchase history.
5.2 Types of Purchases
In Rilo, in-app purchases may include consumable virtual items such as coins that can be used to unlock premium content and features within the App.
5.3 Use of Purchase Information
- We receive confirmation from Apple that a transaction has been completed successfully.
- We may store transaction identifiers, purchase time, and product identifiers to grant or restore purchased items, detect fraud, and provide customer support.
- We do not use your purchase data for targeted advertising outside of the App.
5.4 Refunds
- Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple according to the App Store's refund policy.
- If you wish to request a refund, please submit your request via Apple's official channels (for example, the report-a-problem website or App Store support).
- We cannot process payments or refunds directly.

At this time, Rilo does not use browser cookies within the native App environment. If we later use similar technologies (such as local storage or device identifiers) to enhance your experience, we will update this Policy and, where required, obtain your consent.
